- Producer/Director/Writer/Editor I am hoping for some help soon. We continue to send out letters searching for financing. The goal is to raise enough to build our edit system so that we can be self sufficient. Once we have the system, we'll be able to turn out more product. I have over 10 scripts and projects in various forms ready to go. I desperately want to spend time on them on a regular basis. Building an edit system will make that dream a little closer. So anyone out there that believes in luck... believes in hope and faith... send me that good Karma... we can use all the help we can get! :) |

- Producer/Director/Writer/Editor A great trip to San Jose, I'll fill you in on that in just a bit, here goes the rest: Dog Me: Potluck ... Logging is complete. I trying to raise some more money... hint, hint, hint... but things seem to be coming together. The trailer is done being written and I may try to knock that out of the way real quick before I head into the bulk of the film. Enamored ... My time back in San Jose was very, very productive. We had a major problem in that the film was way too long, about 2:30 when I got there. Through some tough decisions I was able to cut it to 1:48, add some track music and get us to within one more visit of the competition of the film at least video wise. Memphis Magazine ... The article is out, it should be online soon and I am working on getting something up online here so you all can see. They did a great job and I am proud of everyone who helped work on all of my films in the past to get me to this level. The article is really for you than for me. So that's it for now... we should have some more news coming your way soon! |

- Producer/Director/Writer/Editor OK, lot's to talk about in short time so strap them on let's ride! Dog Me: Potluck ... Almost done logging everything thing and getting ready for an edit. The footage is great and the performances will leave you howling! Enamored ... Heading back to San Jose during the first part of September to finish off what should be the majority of the film. Other than one more audio session maybe, we should have the film completed during this next shot and hopefully that means an end of the year, first of the year debut. Memphis Magazine ... Just got done doing a photo shoot for an article they are doing on me in the September edition of the magazine. Brad Jones of Brad Jones Photography did the shoot and the interview was a blast! Look for it in stores and online September 1st! So that's it right now... these next couple of months will be huge so stay in the know... log on everyday!!! |

Principal photography is complete on Dog Me: Potluck . It was a very intense shoot, which you can read about at the link above, but it was a blast once again! It also looks like I'll be heading back to San Jose at the end of August to wrap up, "Enamored" which I am happy about because it is a great film. If all goes well by the end of this year I will have two more features hitting the light of day! Finally I am really excited to let you know that you can now pick up a copy of, "1-900" on DVD. I got my copy about two weeks ago and I smiled all through the film! Sub Rosa Studios did an excellent job on it and I really hope you support our film and them by logging on and ordering it. If you can't find it on DVD(Some times the site is a little hard to navigate) just drop them a line and they'll help you order the film. So a lot more coming up over the next
couple of weeks. Keep coming back and you'll be very happy at what
you see! |

Pre production work continues on Dog Me: Potluck . We have about three weeks to go. For more on the project check out our web site for it. I think in the next couple of weeks I should have some major news to report regarding our film, "1-900." Salt City Home Video now Sub Rosa video is distributing it currently. As for the movie, "Attack of the Clones," I had not heard a lot of good things about it heading into the film, but came out with a positive feeling. Lucas is much more on target with this film then Episode One, however I still believe he has access to too many toys and just because you can CG something, doesn't mean you should! I hope he curtails his use of computers in the next film. Just my two cents... |

Still working on Dog Me: Potluck . It's moving along slowly. The South could be a very interesting place to shoot, but if I can't land the right cast I don't know what I will do. I hope to get some more head shots in soon. As for Enamored, we are now in a waiting game for music. As soon as we land some rights, I'll be back to California for the first of what should be two quick edits to complete the film. |

It is always hard to choose a project and take a leap of faith to make it, but I think this next one is a good one and should be fun! It will be the first film I shoot in the South and for that reason alone that should be wild. Please take the time to check out our new site for the film and if you want to be a part of it, get a hold of us soon! |

Well it looks like we're almost ready to announce our next project. There are a couple of things I need to lock down before making the news official. There will be a major announcement on this site on February 1st, so make sure you're looking out for it. As for the film, Enamored. I expect to go back to San Jose in March or April for what will be the last major editing session for the film. There will probably be two more trips, but the bulk of what we need to do on the film will get done during that trip. Drop us a note if you have some time, we'll post up your comments on the web when we get a chance! |

M. David Lee III - Producer/Director/Writer/Editor
Happy New Year to everyone! I hope you and your family have a safe and happy year this year! We are hoping for great things this year. 2001 brought us many opportunities. Our film, "3 Days..." continues to screen around the country. And in the up coming months we hope to have some news about a DVD release of "1900." Also coming up this year, look for Triple Sticks Productions to be back at work on a new project. And look for the release of another project we've worked so closely with, "Enamored." So on behalf of everyone here, have a great year and remember this! Last year was the year of taking chances... this year is... The Year of the Do! We're not sitting around waiting for anything... we're doing! |
